From 7/06/2022 to 8/06/2022 members of the PARTISH team have visited Tallinn University and had 2 days working session. During the meeting, the Program’s Member States – France, Estonia and Latvia – shared their experience in the development and implementation of short-term and part-time studies. Even if higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina have already started work on establishing a legislative framework for short-cycle studies, it is important to identify the experiences, benefits and weaknesses of other countries. The project coordinator, the University of Novi Sad, highlights the advantages of a partial or full e-learning model for short or part-time studies, that`s why during the partners’ meeting discussed the experiences of educational institutions in using specific e-learning programs.
