At the international agricultural and food industry fair, the 50th Jubilee Plum Fair in Gradačac in BIH, a panel was held on the importance of higher education programs for the development of tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The panelists Prof. Dr. Meldina Kokorović Jukan, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla, prof. dr. Drago Cvijanović, dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management in Vrnjačka Banja, University of Kragujevac, prof. Dr. Nemanja Berber, Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, and Nina Kovač, representative of USAID Tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina talked about the experiences, creation and innovation of tourism study programs and the competencies that these programs provide, but also about their importance for high school hospitality and tourism programs. Prof. Dr. Meldina Kokorović Jukan from UNTZ and Prof. Dr. Nemanja Berber from UNS promoted the PARTISH project and pointed out the importance of shorter programs that were developed during the duration of the project.
